The techniques and services they provide are:

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is a form of health care that focuses on removal of stress to the spine and nervous system. We focus on correcting vertebral subluxations of the spine to enhance bodily function. Vertebral subluxations interfere with the proper function of the spinal cord and the nervous system, thereby, reducing the function of the nervous system and its ability to coordinate and control the functions of the body. In order to remove the stress from the spine and nervous system, chiropractors perform an adjustment to the vertebrae. This allows the joint to move and function more effectively and promotes proper alignment of the spine. The different types of chiropractic adjustments that our clinic offers are:

  • Diversified
  • Thompson
  • Activator
  • Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT)

Active Release Technique (ART)
ART is a state of the art, patented soft tissue treatment that uses specific protocols to treat muscles, tendons, ligaments, nerves, and the fascia that connects them. ART has gained popularity due to its fast and effective results with use on athletes for such problems as shin splints, rotator cuff problems, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, tennis/golfers elbow, knee problems, carpal tunnel, and many other conditions involving soft tissue. However, ART is not just for athletes, and can provide great results for anyone suffering from a wide variety of soft tissue injuries.

Prenatal Care
Dr. Arley Wisner is certified in Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).  This technique helps to reduce the effects of the subluxation/joint restriction in the pelvis and sacrum during pregnancy.  In doing so, neurobiomechanical function in the pelvis is improved.  By providing adjustments during pregnancy, there can be reduced interference to the nervous system, balance of the pelvis and surrounding muscles and soft tissue, and allows the baby to move into the best possible position for birth.

Pediatric Care
Chiropractic care has a powerful impact on children and infants. They experience many traumatic events and forces throughout their lives that can misalign their vertebra. Some of these include: childbirth, falls, accidents, sports, heavy backpacks, etc. Children receiving regular chiropractic adjustments have strengthened immune systems, fewer behavioral problems, and sleep better. The adjustments allow the spine and nervous system to grow and develop optimally and reduce future health problems.
